well, in all fairness, he could have just walked up to the desk and asked. I don't think that it was the posting that caused the problem.

Okay FINAL CALL for info. This is the Slacker Info call! List will be sent out in the next 38 minutes!

Also, if you do not want your info in the list that is uploaded to the 'net, speak now (feel free to email as well). The URL WILL NOT be posted on the board, it will be emailed along with the soft copy of the list.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Front desk says a cab from the airport runs about $35-$45.

Yeowch, and yet still cheaper than having the Hotel park a car for you. I figure what I'm not paying in rental/parking will more than make up for any hit I take on cabs.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking right now too.

Ooh, it looks like a friend of mine from Rice can drop me off at the airport on Sunday after dinner. Rock. We're going to have a little Show Assistant reunion.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I'm still limping from the Adventure of the Four Tons of Rocks in my sister's yard (oh, didn't I tell you? I'm sure I will) and I don't want to walk even two blocks dragging luggage. So I'll be taking a cab from the airport to the hotel. (Actually, the injured foot is just an excuse. I always take a cab, because they take no figuring out of schedules, and take me right to where I want to go without snuggling me and my luggage up to strangers.) Anyone who's arriving about the same time (noon Friday) is welcome to share the ride.

posting from phone while at lunch....bus is 1.75. more during rush hour (2 i think). but v easy to and from airport to downtown. at airport just walk alllll the way to the end of baggage claim. inside is the $12 downtown hotels shuttle. outside is the busses. 5hey can get crowded. but just look for 174 or 194 marked seattle, and stay on til the end, basically.

You will regret that when we call at 3AM your time because we are too drunk to remember the time difference and think that we're calling early ;)
