hmmm. Manchego wouldn't be my first choice to bake. Now if it came with tomato bread and serrano ham... om nomnomnom.

Man, Whole Foods had some wicked Manchego the last time me & coworker were buying food for a work meeting. We got just a small chunk, just so everyone could have a taste, and it was gone in 45 seconds. True story.

Someone will post the hospitality suite room number, right? Husband and I are driving up Friday. I don't know how early, exactly. I mean, we could be there by 9 or 10, but what are the chances that anyone will be awake and functional?
