Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Also, Friday nights are usually spent hanging out in the HS, chatting, so people will be around.)

I may force the Parents Of Reason to visit the HS for a little bit on Friday evening.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

sj, I'm fairly sure Vortex and I were planning on slounging and decadence. You're welcome to join us. We have one of the suites that adjoin the Hospitality Suite, for that added convenience.

Slounging and decadence it is!

And possibly meeting the Parents of Reason. Will they be embarrassed if I tell them how adorable they are?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Husband and I are also not doing the Underground Tour.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Question: will the HS be open Thursday/Friday, and will there be any night owls possibly there if so? Just wondering if I should bother checking if my flight actually goes as expected (won't be at the hotel til after 12 even if all goes well).

Not javachik

More than late notice, sorry, I blame the 12-14 hour workdays this week - but if SFistas want me to haul some stuff that's not too too bulky (I might end up sleeping in the car if it's rainy in campgrounds and I'm lazy about pitching a tent in rain), I can do. I leave this Tuesday. I'll be stopping overnight in Eureka/Arcata, Bandon, Eugene, Portland, then Seattle, and passing through lots of nifty places that I intend to bicycle around before rolling off again. eta: bringing back bulky stuff is slightly more difficult as I am meeting up consecutively with others to camp around the PNW before heading home.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Have acquired plane ticket! It's real now.

I needn't have waited; I'd forgotten I had a hefty travel voucher from last summer when I volunteered to step off an overbooked flight. Using that brought the price of the ticket down enough I can not-panic about money.

Now I just need a dress for Prom.

Just wanted to check. I asked a little ways back (and didn't get any kind of answer) on what the music source would be for the prom. Do we have something lined up? If not, should we get on it? Also, is there media lined up for the hospitality suite (aka a tv with dvd or other hook up)?

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I think the answer given was ND's computer and the hotel's sound system. Don't know about hospitality suite.
