I would let you ship it to me, but...I'm going to be out of town Monday Wednesday and Thursday before. So, um, not so much.

Turns out I'm going to be in Alaska Monday. And I planned (clever me!) to be on a trip Wed/Thurs. I figured that way I couldn't be asked to go anywhere Thurs/Fri or somesuch nonsense. The trip I'm going on, I'll get back at a decent hour, at least.

We have use of the ballroom soundsystem for Prom - I told them we'd be plugging a laptop in.

MAYBE. Is there any point at which we can no longer get the group rate on the hotel? Or has that passed?

Y'know, I can't find any date for the group rate expiring, just the placement in the block.

I'd recommend calling the hotel, frankly.

There was a date mentioned but I don't remember what it was.

As I recall, the group rate deadline was after the block deadline. You might get the group rate, but no guarantee that you will be near the rest of us.

I kind of just mentioned it to the husband tonight, and he said "Oh, I'd come too." He'd take the car and entertain himself when necessary, and come to the festivities when he felt like it. But he's got to check on his work schedule.
