See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

"This way to the PMS Workshop."

Hah. That's awesome (not quite as awesome as riding the SLUT, but still very very good). I've lived here all my life. How did I miss this?

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

do y'all know about the Wgasa Bush Line Railway at the San Diego Zoo?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Laga -- yes, I've been on it!

I've been to San Diego a handful of times and have been wowed each time, wandering around downtown or driving out to the zoo(s). Though I've never taken the trolley to Tiajuana, though I don't even know if that's working nowadays.

I'd still love to sponsor Tucson (which is, seriously a grand choice that people would be thrilled over if I could just GET THEM TO GO THERE AND EXPERIENCE THE GREATNESS, SIGH) but the lack of resounding Seconds means I'll have to drop back to Plan B, which is to kidnap random Buffistas and take them there until I build a large enough quorum, or Plan C wherein I build a Telepathic Ray Machine.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Have voted in poll - but I really can't do June. Would have to be July for me to make it. Which, from the sounds of it, may be out of the question, if it's going to be too hot/too pricey for the majority of potential attendees.

Bugger.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

You do know, Fay ,that if decided to visit a couple of places in the US this summer -buffistas would appear. In fact, you might even have offers of places to stay.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

I went to Tucson for a school conference, many moons ago. I loved it. It had a small town friendly vibe, and it was cooler than Phoenix at the time.

Just call me "Siouxsie Shunshine".

I was in Tuscon for a national yearbook convention while in high school. From what I remember, it was a nice place.

If it's Seattle, I strongly recommend avoiding June or earlier. You're likely to get very wet weather during those dates.

I recommend the weekends of July 11th or 18th.

Our wings are not tired.

I recommend July, too, for the plethora of Buffisteachers and BufFayesta.

Actually, Juliana, I'm really bothered by the dates in the poll. I know it lists the dates as non-binding, but having people vote for a location and then switching up the dates just seems wrong.

I don't suppose there's much that can be done, but given that one of the main talking points for having the F2F in the PNW, was that the weather would allow for a later event to allow all the teacher peeps to attend, it's a frustrating set of dates.

Sorry, being a pest. One of those "get it off my chest" moments. I was just irked by the fact that the poll required me to choose one of those dates when my answer would have been "none of the above".
