Thank you for that. It doesn't reduce my envy, but I enjoy the sense of connection it gives me.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

Fuck me. In between wrangling getting the flight rebooked (which I did do), I've been throwing up, like 4 times. (I had some other gastrointestinal ick start yesterday, but I assumed it was IBS.) I also have a fever. God damn it. It feels like it would be really irresponsible to get on a plane. I can't stop crying. (Or barfing.)

Thank you for the traffic update Juliana! Very good to know in advance. I’m checked in for arrival early afternoon tomorrow, staying at Adagio. Friday will probably be special birthday dinner with the guy (his birthday is Saturday so not birthday pals with Vortex but close.). Someone in my office is coughing right now and it’s freaking me out.

waves to neighbor Brenda. We can't just pop up to each other's floor because the elevator will only take you to your own floor. The hotel really is lovely, and the coffee varieties in the lobby yummy.
