These girls have the most beautiful dresses. And so do I -- how about that?

+1 on Maria's recommendation of the Mobile Passport app.

I miss being able to fly directly to Waterloo from Chicago. It simplified the whole process.

Maria I was told global entry gets me Canadian land crossing nexus. Privileges but everyone in the car has to have it, and I haven't had that happen bedore

Going to be in Philly Monday the 24th (also 25th and 26th, but those days are entirely consumed).

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

I was told global entry gets me Canadian land crossing nexus.

I was told only back into the U.S. There are no privileges crossing in to Canada.

Global Entry cards have radio frequency identification chips, which enable their use at Secure Electronic Network for Travelers Rapid Inspection (SENTRI) and NEXUS travel lanes when entering the United States at the land borders. You must follow all program rules for SENTRI when using this card at the Southern land border ports of entry.

You may use this card for expedited entry into the United States via the SENTRI and NEXUS lanes. The card is not valid for entry into Canada via the NEXUS lanes.

There messaging is all over the place.

Weird. Guess it's good I haven't tried it! (I've always had other folks in the car with me)

Our wings are not tired.

Brendon will be heading up to Otter Lake in a couple weeks to check out the foliage and help me get packed up and returned to Florida. While he is up here in the NE quadrant we are planning to visit the Boston area and stay the weekend of October 13th. Part of the reason for that timing is to visit a family friend who moved to Boston and is performing at the Wonderland Night Club in Revere on the 13th.

Any recommendations on where to stay Friday and Saturday night the 12th and 13th would be appreciated. We'll be driving there, about a 5 hour drive, but want to spend some time visiting. Of course I am looking forward to spending time with Ricki and seeing him perform, but I would also love to see as many Buffistas as possible! If you are interested in seeing Ricki play check out his music on his FB page - [link] I probably need to let him know about how many tickets I need pretty soon. Email and FB message are both good for contact.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yay! Do you want to stay nearer to Wonderland or nearer to other stuff and/or people?

Our wings are not tired.

I would think it makes more sense to stay near other stuff since we will only be at Wonderland for the show. We will have DH's truck so parking will have to happen. I'll ask Brendon where Ricki lives, but I think he lives in town.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

We are going to hit Disney and CA Adventure this weekend, tentatively Disney tomorrow and CA Adventure Sunday, though we may park hop. Kristen, I think you've got my info if you'd like to try to meet up. Any other localistas, I'd love to see you if we can make it work!
