F2F5: I forget that everyone isn't us
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.
All reservations are finalized. We arrive in Cincinnati noonish on Thursday and leave before dawn Sunday. Much of Saturday will be spent at Wilberforce. I have to work daytime Thursday and Friday so will be hanging close to my computer.
Is there carb loading on the agenda Friday night perhaps, Teppy?
We are looking forward to any Buffista time we can manage in the too short visit.
I feel like walking a 5K doesn't justify carb *loading,* per se, but definitely carb eating. This is exciting! t edit Seeing YOU is exciting; the carb eating, NSM. Because I can do that any time.
Indeed! We have never been to Cincinnati so we are up for whatever.
I am here! Regular work hours weekdays, not working that weekend. Could do dinner or lunch Thursday or Friday.
So excited! We are really looking forward to visiting with you.
I'm not sure what Max's schedule will be so he may join us too. He's a sweetheart, taller than Brendon and half his weight. One of my favorite kids. He has worked so hard. It isn't easy to keep up with basketball and take a challenging degree program.
Brendon listens to Buffista stories all the time so he heard about flea's kpop love when we watched the Olympics, and knows about Steph's medical editing. He was delighted when I told him that Hil had moved there now too.
Yay! My schedule next week is kind of a mess, but I can definitely be free Friday evening. I'll probably be free Friday daytime as well, but I'm on some work committees that have just gotten ridiculous, and I can't guarantee that there won't suddenly be a thing that I have to do in the office on Friday.
I've been looking at the Cincinnati tourist info sites and see plenty of stuff to do. Friday night the Reds are playing against the Marlins! I have no particular fondness for either team but often find baseball games an interesting look at the city's citizenry.
Baseball game would be fun -- I still haven't gone to a Reds game. There's also the Terra Cotta Army exhibit at the museum, if you're interested in that.
