Cautiously exciting news: TomW has actually expressed a positive interest in vacationing in the Pacific NW, specifically Seattle and Vancouver. In the summer.

I'm gonna start doing some travel research, but wanted to get thoughts on where to stay and any other info.

ETA: I've started (through haphazard research) looking at the Ballard neighborhood. Basically, we would love to find a place to stay that's very chill and walking distance to some cool stuff.

Pix and I are in the Fort Lauderdale area at least once a year around Christmas, and often we make it out there at other times, so hopefully we'll catch you on one of our trips.

I used to babysit for the Overholts! Yes, those Overholts. Rye is best in hot cider IMHO. It cuts the sweet just the right amount. Plus a kick.
