'Beneath You'
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.

Me too!
I get in around that time, but I'll be heading to my parents' house.
(If it was on the way, I'd see about dropping some of y'all off, but it's really not.)
Fourth, Jilli, no gift shop. Are you looking for grave dirt or just graveyard dirt? And do you want it from St. Louis #1? I may be able to help out.
I do want it from St. Louis #1, if at all possible. If you could help me out, that would be huge.
(Damn, I wish I was meeting up with you peeps in NOLA! I miss it.)
I still can't find my email, but I put my dates on my calendar. I arrive Saturday at about 6:40 p.m., & I leave New Orleans the 22nd at about 2:25 p.m.
I mean, it sounds like dinner Sunday would work for a lot more people. Is everyone sending their info to Strix? And Strix, can you maybe make that a Google doc so it's easy to check and update?
I haven't been this excited about a trip I wasn't going on since, oh, 4th of July in Vegas.
I'll do my best. My laptop's keyboard is kinda borked.
Best email addy is owltlet@gmail.com
Smonster do you still live on the street named for awesome indigenous peoples?
Also, because the vast majority of graves are above ground vaults, there's not that much dirt around. Especially in St. L #1.
Yeah, cemeteries aren't really all about dirt here.

She does, but she's on her third residence on said street, heh.
Shaya's not super fancy, but I can see your point there. If most folks are staying in the LGD, we could get beers and pub grub at the Avenue Pub (my local! Though it might be busy on a Friday night, it's hard to predict) or beers and food truck food at Courtyard Brewery. Both are walking distance from the B&Bs though I wouldn't walk them alone. (well, maybe to the Avenue.)
Another option is Barrel Proof, which is just up the block from Courtyard. It's a whiskey-focused bar with lots of beer (and all the other booze) and some awesome, awesome food from noted local chefs Kristen Essig (Meauxbar) and Michael Stolzfus (Coquette) in pop-up form called Little Bird.
Also in the area on Magazine, there's Juan's Flying Burrito and Lily's (Vietnamese).
