Carl Hotel is the cheapest clean alternative. In our neighborhood.

Hotel San Remo and Cow Hollow Inn are also clean and fairly cheap.

I don't think I am speaking out of turn here (at least I hope not) but I think Pix will be here that weekend too, Tom.
I want to see EVERYONE but can't commit to any times or days right now. My uncle is getting married in my backyard in August and so basically a lot of weekends of July are going to be spent getting the place in shape. I am at the mercy of contractor schedules.
