Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Jilli, we MUST get together! Pleaaase...I can return your neon pink and black corset.

meara, when will you be in KC?

We have to try to hit Manifesto: [link]

Lots of absinthes, and an old speakeasy vibe. Amazing mixologists.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

My Buffistas are so foamy. So smart and funny and pretty and delightful. I'm so happy I got to see you, Kate and Gris and amyth and Liese and Matt tBF and all your friends and family.

tiggy, next time, because there must be a next time.

except next time, I'm flying.

Just a reminder: I'll be in Chicago the evening of the 30th, staying at the Palomar, if anyone wants to get together.

I am STRONGLY tempted to suggest we go see Avengers, as long as it doesn't go super late, because I have a 7:45 a.m. meeting Friday. But that might be crazy.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Oh man, I've got a work dinner that night. But maybe cocktails before?

I suspect I'll be free anytime after 5-ish (I haven't booked my plane ticket yet, but my plan is to get in early enough to meet with Client #2, but that would be over by or before 5, and their office is near-ish to the Palomar).

Which is a long-winded way of saying: I'm up for anything that doesn't keep me out too late, because I am too old for shenanigans when I have a meeting the next morning that's scheduled for earlier than I usually wake up.

Or, wait. No, because of time zones, I'd be up. But still. 7:45 is madness. MADNESS.

I only just realized that I will be out of town May 1-3 to attend a dance recital (eldest niece) and a birthday party (youngest niece), so I would be so down with a Thursday night Avengers viewing. I would tack on, "YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW." But clearly you all know.

There's a 7:00pm and an 8:30pm showing of Avengers on April 30 at AMC River East 21: [link]

Those are the non-3D movie options as I think 3D should die in a fire.

Oh, then HELL YES we should see it. I'll wear my Cap T-shirt.

I'm headed out for a meeting, but I'll be back later to hash this out.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

The Avengers? I think I've heard of that.

I'm up for a movie and whatever on the 30th.

I can wear one of my many Hawkeye t-shirts.

Steph, let us know what movie time works best for you. The 8:30pm time probably would be best if we want to meet for dinner first, but we probably could squeak in a quick meal before the 7pm showing if we need to.

Yeah, 8:30 is good for me. And I bought Iron Man socks today!
