I am always up late packing the night before a trip. I can pack fast or I can pack light, but not both. And I'm a little worried about the cold, but I think I got everything sorted. In my defense, 10-hr work days suck my brain dry and turn my body to stiff putty and a very traumatic previous weekend. Not that I have EVER prepped for a trip the week before. Now to pick which books I'm taking. I'd say I'll sleep on the plane, but I don't generally sleep much on planes.

Built in 1931 as Bothell Junior High, the art-deco style Anderson School will soon be transformed. Comprised of four buildings across 5.41 acres, three blocks north of the intersection of Routes 527 and 522 and approximately 13 miles north of Seattle, Wa. McMenamins will be renovating the property to include 72 hotel rooms with private baths, restaurants and small bars, on-site brewery, two first-run movie theaters and an updated swimming pool.

Heh, Java. I got as far as "art-deco style Anderson School" and thought, gotta be a McMenamins project. And so 'tis! All their Portland and Seattle places are pretty amazing.
