Yeah, I was just coming here to comment that us Chicagoistas seem to lack cat-herders.

I'm really not that familiar with downtown Chicago restaurants, but if we're not limited to downtown I'd suggest my favorite Ethiopian restaurant, Demera. It's in Uptown on the corner of Broadway and Lawrence. Or perhaps a place in Wicker Park or on Belmont so we can go window shopping too.

I don't have much talent in cat-herding, although what I have I use for work, so.

Demera is near my apartment, so it would be easy for me to get there.

I could be there Friday. And, I love Ethiopian food. It will take me over an hour to get there on a Friday, so a little later would be good. Like 7:30-ish?

They do reservations on OpenTable. I count six (shrift, tommyrot, aurelia, brenda (maybe), Sail, & ChiKat), so I just put in a reservation @ 7:30.
