Inara: So. Would you like to lecture me on the wickedness of my ways? Book: I brought you some supper, but if you'd prefer a lecture, I've a few very catchy ones prepped. Sin and hellfire... one has lepers.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

If a former LAista were to find herself in LA next weekend, a) would it be too much for anyone, including ita's family, and b) what area of town should she be looking for a hotel?

No firm plans yet, since I am not sure I can make the money work, but maybe?

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Unclear on the Nashville dates. The SO is doing an arrangement mentoring thing with the guy who do the orchestration for Kings of Leon, so we're dependent on his touring schedule which is being set up now. And I will hopefully be pitching to some publishers.

Kat, that would be perfect. Earlier is probably better. The Woz is giving a keynote speech on Saturday morning, but that'll be done at ten, and I won't have anything after that until two.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Sumi, we can definitely figure that out. And Metra actually comes to within 20 miles.

Oohs, Nashville sounds fun.

Our wings are not tired.

I could do Nashville in late March/early April.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Wow, I had no idea the explosion of posts in here were mostly going to end up being Wisconsin related. Come anytime! It doesn't have to be February, I knew that was a long shot. But I'm rarely away from Madison, so any time someone wants to drop by, I'm available! Also, meeting up at Brenda's would be awesome; I haven't had the opportunity to check it out yet, either, and I'd love to.

Honestly, I just feel the need to meet up with some Buffistas for a huge group hug, or friendly handshake if hugs are out. I'm willing to drive to anywhere within a day's driving for me. Nashville's a bit of a push at over 600 miles.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Hmmm... Madison is only a five and a half hour drive from St. Louis.

(Starts looking at available days off)

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

My brother is in Madison so I would not be averse to a Madison trip if the timing is right.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

MiL has been giving us the guilt about not visiting NC. I would *so* much rather F2F at Brenda's lake cottage. Reality says, "probably neither." Just...registering a preference.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

I'm glad to see the Nashville idea gaining some traction! Liese, let me know when you have firm dates, and we can go from there.
