I have the feeling that getting booed at his own rally a few weeks ago for calling his opponent a decent man was a bucket of cold water in the face for McCain, and he began rethinking how he wanted to conduct his campaign and be remembered. Everything I've seen him say and do since has helped restore my respect for him.
So so HAPPY right now! Anxiously awaiting the speech now...

I respect McCain. I'm glad it was him as the opposing candidate. It makes the victory all the better to know no one can say Obama didn't run against anyone of merit.
I don't know how I'll wind down to sleep.
