“Not dead yet!”

And strangely enough, that's where McCain was campaigning this morning... Home region of our Republican governor. Considered a swing region.

Gawds.

Laura, I wish you competent electioneers. Soon. I'm sorry.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

That is just too depressing for words. Rachel Maddow's show mentioned that a Diebold voting machine of a similar model to those used in Georgia was found in the driveway of an Alabama woman. GA officials are investigating to see if it is in fact one of theirs.

Speaking of Rachel, New York Magazine has a great profile of her.

Our wings are not tired.

Looking a bit it looks like the documents have been destroyed.

After examining the faxed material, the local supervisor determined it was campaign material, such as precinct walk lists, apparently lost by a political campaign.

Jennifer Krell Davis is communications director for the Florida Secretary of State. She says the papers did not appear to contain confidential information and didn't appear to reveal anything that wouldn't be revealed in a public record.

But, as a precaution, Davis says the DOT workers were told to destroy the nine bags of documents.

Some campaign's collection of names and numbers of people and whether they needed a ride to the polls. Whoever lost the 9 bags of voters names and numbers is in big trouble, no matter which side they were on. Odd. Very odd. And um, may this be the worst thing we do this year.

Art Crawl!!!

What do Indiana and Kentucky laws say about people already in line when the official polling close time comes around?

Don't many places allow anyone already in line to vote?
