Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Gud, if you have been improperly purged you have the right to vote provisionally. You then need to follow up to make sure your vote is counted basically by proving you are you. Bring any ID you have, drivers license birth certificate if you have it, passport if you have it. Bring some bills with your name and address on it as additional proof of residency.(These IDs may be needed in a followup day, it may not be enough to have them on the day you cast the provisional ballot.
