Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Go new shoes!

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Those photos are incredible, bon.

Note to self: Never EVER go to TJs on Sunday evening again.

Just call me "Siouxsie Shunshine".

Beautiful photos, Bon. You both look so happy.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So, because I've been making telemarking calls over the past couple of days, I've started answering them. Since Thursday, I've talked to Time Warner (want me to get home phone through them), Omaha Steak (want to "help" me with my holiday shopping), and my grad school (wants a donation). I should seriously stop giving my phone number to people.

These are all people I've given my phone number to on purpose! I don't think that counts for the Do Not Call list, does it?

At any rate, generally I just don't answer if it's not someone I know calling.

Bon, the photos are really gorgeous. And I adore the black and white of you (the flowers are Fan-Tab-U-Lous!) When you have time if you want to get together sometime this month, let me know. Sara will be in town around Thanksgiving too.

I'm feeling a lot better this morning. Thanks, Kat, for chatting with me last night.

I'm glad you're feeling better, Tom. It was nice to have a chance to chat with you, even if it wasn't under the best circumstances.

K and I took Noah to Descanso for the Japanese Garden festival. Then we went to lunch and had the slowest service on the planet. I swear, if I worked in a restaurant and I had to serve people with a toddler I'd do my damnedest to make sure food came out fast.

I stupidly went to Jo-Ann's in search of pleated ribbon. I found hot pink but I really wanted red and black. I think I might have to order from MJ instead.

And I'm looking for a toy for Grace to help her build fine motor strength. It's this round flat ring with a 5 spokes with inter-connectix things on the end. They have them OT and I should just ask what they are called. After an hour at Toys R Us, I didn't find them (but I did get a halloween Mr. Potato head for $1.79). Grr. Argh.

All of the toys I look for these days serve some sort of higher development purpose. Which sort of sucks, you know.
