"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

It's a thing.

Clearly! Thanks for the explanation.

Was there ever a horse registered as: None More Black?

Handsome beastie - looks like an athlete.

eta: $750 Stud Fee for this pretty boy.

Art Crawl!!!

Plei - one of the horses featured in the book I was looking at was a filly with a bald face. (I cannot recall her name - but I don't believe that she made it to retirement.)

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Happy (belated?) birthday, Ginger!

Tom, I know we don't really know each other, but if you still want someone to talk to I'm at the profile addy, and the chat options from there may vary. It's morning here and I'm very awake.

not your mom's socks.

and lo- it is true that buffista sprog of the early morning clan Do Not Care what time it is. We've been up for an hour already. Only five more until we can take her to the please touch museum. More coffee is warranted, clearly.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Neither do cats care much about DST changes. Of course, they're always ready for food an hour before its due, so the fall back is especially trying for them.

Muppet was actually resorting to the Soft Paw To The Face maneuver this morning.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

My cat resorted to laying on top of me and kneading my bladder!

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

5:45 mac awakage, which led to cat meowage and kneading. I fed them both and went back to bed leaving mac with the tv remote.

now we leave in 30 min, so I need to shower and dress.

hip deep in pie

My cats were okay with the time change, my bladder was not. Which led to a very chatty cat standoff right outside my bedroom. They seem to be settling in.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Noah, as guessed, did not respect the time change. We're up. Unfortunately.

“Not dead yet!”

Oh, poor buffistas with wee ones. It definitely gets better, I promise, once they learn that whole time thing.

The dogs on the other hand...

They had this mad idea they were going to get their food. However, Lewis got up, fed them, got the coffee going, and has even made a Hardee's run, returning with crackbiscuits.
