All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Facebook is a trip. Keegan-Michael Key just friended me. Now I'm wondering if Jon Hamm might remember me, too.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Aimee- so sorry for your loss.

OMG, that is EXACTLY how we'd planned to dress Dylan at Comic-Con! And then we wound up unable to go. But still. Geek minds think alike, I guess.

Hee! When the GF wanted to buy the carrier, I told her I would only buy it under the condition that Mattias would be dressing up as Yoda for Halloween. Oh, well. The robe part is so big on him we could probably get away with him going as a "Youngling" next year, but there's no way the headdress will still fit. The boy's noggin is huge.

HMOG, Terry Tate has returned!

Oddly, I didn't find it that funny. As much as I loathe the woman, seeing a huge man tackle her and then stand over her talking smack just sort of made me cringe.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Uhm, guys, is there someone I can talk to tonight? I've been having a really shitty weekend...

Joy, I'd heard about the fake "Dem supporters vote on the 5th" flyers, but the fake "vote by phone" robo-calls are a new evil: [link]

Tom, I am sharing a hotel room with Sparky and she just went to sleep, so I may not be the best bet but please call if you need to.

Aimee, I'm sorry about your grandmother.

The gas company just came out to light the pilot in the heater (yay) but they also found a problem with one of the wall heaters (it's overgassing... who knew there was such a thing). and also a problem with a fitting on the heater which he replaced. though we didn't call with either of those problems.

I find the gas co workers are the nicest evah.

Also, Tom, I'm not so good with the phone talking, but if you want to hop on chat, you can get me on AIM as fbookmama if I can be of any help.
