Well, with MK, we just want him maintaining because of his diabetes: losing weight=bad. Gaining weight=bad. So when he's dropped because he's sick, no idea what is the norm. As it is now, he's dropped from 4 units insulin twice daily to 1 unit twice daily and we'll see.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Taz needed to eat wet food all the time because of his bladder thing, but we were finally able to get permission from the vet to get the corresponding C/D dry food, which he loooooves, because for so long it was forbidden fruit.

I just remember when we were at the shelter he would be wandering about cadging dry food from the other cats, heh.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Ooooh! As I write this, wedding pictures from bon bon are going up on her flickr page!

Ha! Those are the pictures that I found on my camera.

Tonight: faculty party and fancy-dress comedy show (?!). Because of the latter we're going to pretend we're "Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac" for the former.

In CA, the Secretary of State runs a statewide high school mock student election on the presidential races and on the propositions. The results are trickling in. [link]

If students ran things, Obama would kick ass and Prop 8 would be a no.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Somebody at work asked if I was dressing up tonight -- I said I was already in costume, as Pam Beesly. I felt kind of frumpy today.

I swear, one of these years, I'm just going to put a band-aid on my face and say I'm going as Nelly.

An organization I know did a mock election with girls last week, and Obama won in a landslide! [link]

Also, Grace will wear a wig, if made to do so. Noah? NSM.

Crabby Crabby Thing 1, Snuggly Thing 2.

ita, those costumes were just for you.

At trick or treating, we saw two kids in Wall-E costumes that I ADORED. They even had on goggles. So cute.

All SO CUTE

Can't wait to see the kids.

God, 4 more days. Not even hoping until Weds. Last couple elections, I went to bed at a reasonable hour, figuring what would be, would be, my staying up didn't matter. Not sure if I can do that now. Palin fascinates me in a science-project sense, but she REPELLS me, and McCain scares me now. Utter NO. I need to see it through. Even if it means calling in sick.

I get to see you tomorrow, Sarameg!

At least I hope.
