Don't worry, we're sure to spot Faith first. She's like this cleavagy slut-bomb walking around 'Ooh, check me out, I'm wicked-cool, I'm five-by-five.'

Currently it's coming out more "oomama"

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

These kids today! So funny!

Has everyone seen The Hush Sounds song We Believe in Barack Obama

[link]

It has the lyrics "he loves you and he loves your mama" which makes me giggle!

Our wings are not tired.

The downside of early voting is not getting to go next week with the crowd of neighbors. It is becoming quite the battle of signs around here. This is quite shocking since there was nothing but Bush signs in my area the last couple rounds. Way more Obama signs now than McCain.

One of my customers was just telling me that he voted Republican all his life but was so upset about the Bush debacles that he didn't know what to do this year. The Powell endorsement put him over the edge and now he is voting Obama.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I now find myself wondering how other Western countries deal with the informed consent issue.

Western Australia requires that a custodial parent be informed in the case of minors (under 16s). Said minor can apply to the Children's Court to waive this. I don't think there's specific provision in any other state. In Queensland just last month, a 12-year old wanted an abortion, her parents both consented, but it was decided that they still needed a court order to determine its lawfulness; the judge consented. (In Qld and NSW, abortion is covered by criminal law, as it was in Vic until just recently. In the other states, it's under the health law.)

I've got all 3 cats in the same room, asleep. And psycho bitch and kitten at opposite ends of the futon. No screaming fights in the last 36 hours at least. And someone just farted something toxic.

Oh, and Cash? I was IMing with my brother and my nearly 6 year old nephew has learned to spell "boobs" and he can do it on a calculator too!

Now tagless for your comfort.

I was IMing with my brother and my nearly 6 year old nephew has learned to spell "boobs" and he can do it on a calculator too!

Aw,that's just cute!

We passed Obama HQ on the way to the library for our field trip today and Owen was the only kid that pointed and said, "Barack Obama!"

I just spoke to the volunteer coordinator and it looks like I'm canvassing this weekend.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

my nearly 6 year old nephew has learned to spell "boobs" and he can do it on a calculator too!

Heh. Me and my classmates didn't figure out how to spell 'boobs' on a calculator until 5th grade. But that was back when calculators were first getting popular.

Oh, and we spelled 'hell' upside-down too.

ION, I have signed up to take fiddle classes from the Old Town School of Folk Music. Two months o' classes, one night a week. (I had to google to find out for sure that fiddles and violins are the same thing.)

Have fun, tommy!

Cash, I figure it is better than when he was just figuring out the differences between boys and girls and insisted that all girls were "broken" for lack of a penis. Oy. SIL and I did a lot of feminist cringing over that phase. When we weren't laughing.
