Wow. A friend emailed me this morning to ask if I would be a personal reference for him for his passport renewal. An hour later, I get a call from someone at Passport Canada asking me questions. We didn't even have time to get our stories straight. Seriously, I can't really remember what year it was when I met him...I know it was sometime between 1993 and 1995. I remember moment I met him, but I couldn't tell you what year it was.
Also, she asked me what colour his eyes were, but I couldn't tell you.

Am I crazy? I was given the note that in this phrase "optimal" is not the word I should be using:
"...and identifies any gaps in a corporate body’s records management program that may hinder the optimal use of an Electronic Records Management System."
Maybe I'm tired, but I think that optimal fits there. I am trying to get at the fact that gaps in Records Management program will hinder the use of an ERMS to it's full effect.
