Honestly, "Breaking Dawn" is so disgusting, I wouldn't give it to Ann Coulter to read.
Heh.
I baked cappuccino muffins this morning, so kitchen smells great. I'm starting work a little bit too late this morning, and I'm a little bit ooffish because I won't be seeing Nilly today for ice cream in J-city, as sorta-maybe-planned.
Well, that leaves me with a lot of hours at work (which is good, for the record), and a chance to clean the fridge and the laundry room, as I planned yesterday and didn't do in the end.
Edit: the muffins turned out AWESOME. If anyone's interested in the recipe, let me know.
Yay SA! Congrats!
Oooh, some good overnight news, which is lovely to wake up to. Congrats, Bob Bob, Bon Bon, and SA SA!
Yay bon Bobs!!! I sincerely hope someone gave you a root.
Yay SA! I am in awe of your extra-full, extra-expensive, smarty-pants brain!!!
No one has posted for 2 hours?
Okay, I'll have another go....
People who love red wine (or love people who love red wine): today's Wine Woot is an EXCELLENT deal on 3 VERY GOOD Gundlach Bundschu reds.
FYI. I already bought mine.
I overslept this morning because it's dark and dreary. And it seems there's not enough coffee in the world. Now I am at work doing something which irks me. Also, the Mad Men series finale doesn't air here for another week. I say bah! on Monday! Bah!!
Three days in a row of sleeping past nine (the kids have a teacher work day today, for which we are all grateful-- we were headed for serious burnout).
I almost don't know what to do with myself. Other than get coffee.
And it's gorgeous out.
And the highs are going to be in the low seventies.
And this week we're supposed to have lows in the 30s and 40s (woot!) and sunny, sunny highs in the 60s!
Now, coffee!
I can't believe nobody posted this bit at the end of that "Fox cancels world series" bit:
Major League Baseball will be offering refunds for tickets on all unplayed games. Fox, in the meantime, will schedule marthon showings of the recently renewed "Sarah Connor Chronicles." "Look, none of us here are pleased about the decision," emphasized Germaine. "This is the fastest we've ever canceled a series that didn't star Nathan Fillion."
Belated congrats to bon bon and Bob Bob.
