Are historically accurate costumes more important in movies than in theatre?
There is certainly more budget for them.

Perkins, Lewis works at Gamestop and he's asking if the girl in question is really girly girl?
Thanks! She (my niece) isn't really. I think the Imagine stuff would get usurped by her sister. I've heard Animal Crossing is good, so I'm going with that and then either Ninendogs or Mariokart, I think.
Cool-- Lewis is nodding his head and saying that Animal Crossing is definitely a good choice and started to mention it before. Plus, it has the Abby seal of approval.
I played the violin! Badly! 'Cause I was lazy and didn't practice as much as I should have.
I used to think learning violin would be extremely hard because they're fretless.
When I started the teacher put little strips of masking tape under the strings to mark where my fingers should go. It certainly takes a while, but eventually you develop muscle memory and just know where to hold the neck and how far to stretch your fingers, so that part isn't actually too bad. Well, if you have someone experienced, and some masking tape, I guess.
Actually, I think tuning the damned thing was the hardest part for me, but my sense of pitch is suboptimal.

YAY!
I HEART Billytea's Beep Me.
All the best wishes to you and your family!
baby animals Almost as good as baby Buffistas...almost.
I played percussion in school band. Usually timpani or xylophone, but sometimes snare or bass drum. (I got assigned tuned percussion, even though I liked untuned better, because I was the only percussionist who could read music fluently -- the others could read it, but it took a while.) Also learned how to play a drum set, but then our basement flooded and it was ruined.
Well, never heard from Dr. Berry, tonight. Not that whatever couldn't wait anyways (MK getting IV food, drugs, appropriate insulin and hydration=BEST GOOD!)
So, tomorrow for the bandaid.
I need to reclaim the rest of my life. Work sucked it and then this crisis did and... need to get a little me alone back.
So do you need these by Nov 17? or before that?
tommyrot, insent except your email has no domain! Please to help me email you? also by Nov. 17 or thereabouts is fine. Also your boss is made of win!
Their copies my have annotations, though--I assume you'd prefer clean copies?
Kristin, Doesn't matter so much. Annotations might help them see how to read actively?
Cashmere and JZ, THANKS! If you need my address, let me know and I'll email it to you.
Juliana, Thanks to you and your mom!
gloomcookie, that would rock. And I still have to go through my giant stash of books for you. I keep meaning too, but they are in storage and I get distracted. Maybe I should take the baby tomorrow afternoon and get on that?
Am so tired.
