I am voting NO on the debates tonight. I need to go to bed as soon as mac is asleep. I stayed up way too late last night and now have 2 days of gronk compounded.
I had my first oatmeal of the fall (can't eat it in hot weather) - 1 packet is not enough - grrr - so along with a re-focus on bringing food from home, and an attempt to eat less processed food, I guess I'll also start trying to reduce portions sizes until I can be full on less.
