“Not dead yet!”

Did yoga again today--go me. It was a fairly light class for a vinyasa, but just what I needed, since more stretching was called for than hard core strength work.

Have just proteined myself with yummy sushi. There is also a bowl of cut fruit waiting for me post-shower.

And maybe some Halloween candy.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

There are rumors that McCain will reboot his campaign out of desperation. I have an idea - Sara Palin's future son-in-law for VP!

Levi Johnston, Sarah Palin’s future son-in-law, has broken his silence and given an interview to the Associated Press.

...

Johnston on how the McCain campaign is treating him, after its initial advice that he avoid the media: “They’re not telling me anything right now. It’s pretty chill.”

Johnston on joining his future mother-in-law on the campaign trail: “At first, I was nervous. Then I was like, ‘Whatever.’”

There are rumors that McCain will reboot his campaign out of desperation.

Maybe I'm just paranoid, but I'll believe Obama will win only if he's still ahead Nov 5th.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

If the cafeteria's specials don't look good to me today, I'm going to get a grilled cheese sandwich, because that sounds really yummy right now.

Wheat bread, cheddar cheese, and ketchup on top--nomnomnom!!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Grilled cheese cart is genius.

Also, Roseanne Cash is pretty funny.

I have never shot a wolf from a helicopter, but I have thrown my cat off the bed. Hundreds of times.

Today being Columbus Day, the traffic driving back from the East Bay was a crazysexycool breeze. Wheee! I flew back in record time.

A happy round of birthdays for my friends!

Happy thanksgiving, Canucks!

Happy Sukkot, if indeed Sukkot is the kind of thing that's supposed to be happy. (I infer from Nilly's post that it is, but you never know with Nilly, what with her silver-lining finding abilities.)
