Why is it taking 20 minutes to issue me a goddamn credit?
I think I mentioned the time Comcast tried to charge me $270, but instead charged me $2700. They claimed they were unable to reverse the charge. Instead they told me they wouldn't submit the charge, which meant I had to wait 5 to 7 days for the $2700 hold on my checking account to drop off....
Why do giant cable companies suck? Why are they totally incapable of NOT sucking?
Because they're a monopoly so there's no compelling reason to be service oriented.
