All this crap is just boggling my mind. In all honesty, what can McCain and Obama do at this point about the proposal? The committee is looking it over. When it gets through committee, they'll put it for a vote. At that point, McCain and Obama can vote.
If they want their opinions heard right now, they can do that via phone and email. They don't have to actually BE there. Hello? 21st century technology? Oh, shit, that's right. McCain doesn't f*ing know how to use a Blackberry.
Multitasking? Not a word in McCain's lexicon, methinks.

McCain does not look well -- there's something wrong with one of his eyes, it looks like to me.
Given the verbal confusion he's been exhibiting lately, I'd really feel better if he had some sort of doctor's examination, because I'm seriously worried about TIAs.
