Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I want a little car!

And a Susanne Vega-- she sounds really interesting.

At my job, they are telling all hourly employees they have to clock in and clock out instead of just typing in their hours. Which makes perfect sense. But they still also need to work exactly 40 hours, not one minute more or less! I feel like they need a +/- 3 minutes or something. It seems like this will lead to a lot of looking at the computer waiting for the clock to turn or something!

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

We wanted to go with uncommon but not weird names for the kids.

This is what we'd like as well, though our current boy pick isn't that uncommon. I have a gender-bending IRL name that was a nuisance as a child, but that I really like as an adult. It inspires funny shit like the guy yesterday who looked at me with a bemused smile when I told him my name and said, "You don't look like a M****. Do you smoke a cigar and play a lot of poker?" Ha!

Thanks Cash and Theo. Yep, Noah is already exploiting his good looks and is a world-class flirt. It's only going to escalate.

It's totally worth clicking on to see look on the kid's face. It's priceless.

I am boggled that a movie series that started when I was a senior in high school and which the kids *parents* may not have been alive to see can have that much impact.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

All the oddly named people I knew gave their children firmly traditional names. Like all their childhood miseries stemmed from their name and they wouldn't ever inflict them on their own progeny.

Very little chance children of mine would have gotten traditional names--it'd've meant I lost a battle with the father.

Electric cars can get around the legal 25mph limit by being motorcycles which is why you see three wheel electric cars. Like this Zap.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Like this Zap.

I like how you can apparently get one with a zebra paint scheme.

Yes, best factory paint option ever.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Which makes perfect sense. But they still also need to work exactly 40 hours, not one minute more or less! I feel like they need a +/- 3 minutes or something.

That's fucking insane. And it makes me recall a temp job I once had in a county office where a line would form in front of the time clock starting about 20 minutes ahead.
