Just call me "Siouxsie Shunshine".

And people who call my dog Barn-alby. I get that there are only two common references to the name Bartleby in the vernacular but DUDE, you've heard ME pronounce it about 4,000 times. Catch up.

I just have to ask, when you give him a command, does his look portray "I would prefer not to"?

This weekend: Car wash with teenagers tomorrow (yea, needing to fund raise for all productions this year). Grading papers. Writing lesson plans. Getting sleep. Maybe getting to do something fun with Hub.

The car wash tomorrow meant moving my manicure apt to yesterday. My nails look amazing! My tech painted them a great dark pink (Scorch from Creative Imperial Anarchy line) and then put a bat on one of my nails!

edited to correct typo.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Today I had a meeting about my SF show, had the car's emissions tested (passed!), hit PetCo, Target and grocery store, renewed my license plates and drivers license and paid a parking ticket. I'm currently waiting to hear from the Obama campaign to know if I'm getting up way too early to go canvass in MI tomorrow. Sunday, I think I'm gonna do this.

Reminds me, I need to put the new registration sticker on my car and registration in the glovebox.

Loki has been killing a neon green fake mouse pretty much continuously since 7 pm. That's almost 2 hours. I'm waiting for him to crash. He's half under the rag rug now.

I'm going to a concert tomorrow, and I'll probably meet people for brunch on Sunday. I also need to do laundry, get groceries, and watch the approximately ten million hours of TV that have been sitting on my TiVo.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I am getting my hair cut and colored tomorrow, and my nails done on sunday and other than that I plan on being a futless slug.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I am getting my hair cut and colored tomorrow

Oh, that's a thought. I really need to do this. Maybe I'll call tomorrow and set up an appt. Brow wax, too. My eyebrows are taking over.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I would like to see Allyson's picture. Also, that's such a smart question to ask!

I am stupid tired, and I don't know why. I hope it doesn't mean I'm getting sick.

Compassionately intolerant

Ironically, he is one of the best behaved dogs you'd ever want to meet. It's great for my pet coaching business and his work with me in my people coaching business, but not so much with the name synergy.

The name popped into my head when I first saw his photograph...days before I even met him.

It IS fun though when people look quizzically and ask, 'As in 'the scrivener?' Makes them feel all manner of literate.
