Saffron: But we've been wed. Aren't we to become one flesh? Mal: Well, no, uh... We're still two fleshes here, and I think that your flesh ought to sleep somewhere else.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm going to be within 4 hours of Baltimore soon!

That reminds me, I need to make hotel reservations.

An articulate, smart, charismatic, uninhibited liar can actually do pretty well in this kind of debate format.

I thing that annoys me about debates is expectations being built on intelligence, experience and actual debate skills. Those are nice and all, but this isn't debate club, what is really important is communication and message. That's what makes Bush a good debater, he stays on message and frames his answers in simple, absolute terms.

I give McCain the advantage in the upcoming debate based on their performances at the Saddlebrook forum. Hopefully, the Obama camp will be better prepared this time.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

And he says what the voice in the radio earphone tells him to say....

This is cool:

As if the mysteries of dark matter and dark energy weren't vexing enough, another baffling cosmic puzzle has been discovered.

Patches of matter in the universe seem to be moving at very high speeds and in a uniform direction that can't be explained by any of the known gravitational forces in the observable universe. Astronomers are calling the phenomenon "dark flow."

The stuff that's pulling this matter must be outside the observable universe, researchers conclude.

...

Scientists discovered the flow by studying some of the largest structures in the cosmos: giant clusters of galaxies. These clusters are conglomerations of about a thousand galaxies, as well as very hot gas which emits X-rays. By observing the interaction of the X-rays with the cosmic microwave background (CMB), which is leftover radiation from the Big Bang, scientists can study the movement of clusters.

The X-rays scatter photons in the CMB, shifting its temperature in an effect known as the kinematic Sunyaev-Zel'dovich (SZ) effect.

I have a kinematic Sunyaev-Zel'dovich effect - in my pants!

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.
