I swear if things really tank, I am having a "cousin" or "girlfriend" or someone move in to mac's room and move him in with me.
I'm glad I'm not the only one going over these kinds of scenarios in my head.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

I do it all the time, Burrell
Holy crap, y'all, if Lulu had been around when we first did this would it ever have saved us a load of trouble. And expense.
I give to you The Buffistas Cookbook, second printing.
Thanks, Amy!
Happy birthday Nicole! And happy belated birthday to Matilda!
So, I worked my ass off the past week, and there's just this one more day to go through, but I officially don't care: the Jewish New Year's Eve is tomorrow, and I'm taking Thursday off, which means I'll have entire week off work. Take that, universe! I'm excited for it. Mostly for the holiday itself, although my sister won't be home for it.
The Buffistas Cookbook is a great, awesome surprise to start the morning with. Thank you all who made it possible.
I forgot the wonders sage does for tea: I'm growing it now, as well as micromeria, which is the best thing you can put into tea IMHO. Oh, and I found fabric to the living room curtains!
In other more me news, schedule for university is now completed (if TPTB, AKA the secretariats will approve it). It may kill me, but at least I'll die smarter.
I hope all of your weekends are wonderful.
Edit: to say that the first rains of the year started over the weekend. Goodbye, summer!
I wish it would rain here and that summer would end. We had a couple of 100 degree days last week and the renegade mosquitoes are killing me.
I have more grading. Kill me now.

Oy! So true! Thank you, brenda, for setting that up! Awesome!
Isn't Lulu terrific! I think I'm going to snag a PDF. I have two printed copies (and gave away more as Xmas presents) but it would be nice to have it always in electronic form for quick searching and the like.
This time, Amy Poehler is Katie Couric.
Oh, and I ordered my Buffistas Cookbook! Yay!
