Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Was there cake?

There was beer. Wells Bombardier ESB and Lagunitas Gnarleywine.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Wells Bombardier ESB and Lagunitas Gnarleywine.

Are these beverages? They sound like characters in a David Eddings novel.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Ugh! If we didn't already have a million reasons to not have a wedding, TCG's mother just gave us plenty.

Fallout from the shower finally happened. Apparently step-mother's family stared daggers at her all day and we shouldn't refer to TCG's stepmother as his stepmother because that is offensive to her.

“Not dead yet!”

Oh hell, sj-- elope. It's simply not worth this. It should be your day, not the day to indulge everyone else's neuroses.

Wow. She sure knows how to hold a grudge. That's just ridiculous. I'm so sorry, babe. Hang in there!

Thrive to spite them

Eloping seems to be a common choice, my SIL has photographed quite a few elopements.

TCG's dad didn't start dating the stepmom until 6 years after the divorce, so there is no grudge to hold. Eloping is a definite. Family party after the elopement is in question now.
