I was taking it literally, and just assumed it was a well-known saying (in wine circles, maybe?) I'd never heard before. But now that you say that... now it's reading all "licorice lips like candy" kinda thing.

Yeah. The "huh" was entirely about me being an idiot and not seeing that connotation until it was addressed. Privilege blindness.

In watching Matt, I have no idea how people handle the world going crazy. I know what happens with me -- world go crazy, I go crazy and then things settle. They aren't good, but suddenly things aren't as bad. I wish I knew how it happens.
