Sweet lumpy minion, you're the only one that understands. Probably 'cause I haven't sucked the brain out of you yet.

Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I guess, since I hear everything, and am easily annoyed by sounds, it would drive me crazy. But, my training is a bit different than theirs.

ION, have we noticed the beach volleyball PA? Playing soundbites straight out of America! I thought it was for team USA. But nope. Watching a match with non-USA folk, and still same sound bites. Hmmm. Curious.

No really, I'm drafting. I swear.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

And such weird choices of sound bites, too! I noticed "Uptown Girl" and "Livin' On A Prayer." During the synchronized diving, they were playing "Dancing Queen."

I remember watching my older sister playing volleyball during championship matches and wondering how they could concentrate with all the cheering and calling out of players' names, and then I played myself (never in crowds as loud, but...), and I realized that I just didn't really hear it. But, you know, not the same as loud music, crowds of thousands, and at the Olympics, so.

No really, I'm drafting. I swear.

Uh-huh. And I'm cleaning my kitchen and living room. See how it sparkles?!

Ya! Very strange. Glad I'm not the only one noticing these things.

holy cow, the zombie of my ex was here at the theatre tonight. He had the same face only gaunt, the same hair only sparse and wild and the same gait only with a slight shamble. It was freaky but also kinda cool to imagine it was really him.

Just call me "Siouxsie Shunshine".

It is too early to be up. Back to school for teachers today. Kids start next Monday. I'm really hoping today isn't too awful; however, with Draconian Dictator in charge of the day, I'm not holding my breath.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Have a good first day back, GG!

I took the ativan last night before bed and slept slighly better.

Mostly lurking...

Jars sighting! I’m so sorry I missed you guys. I was seriously bummed. At least I saw you last trip!

Owen would say, "Now we're going to San Prancisco to see Mommy!" Ooof.

Oh, that’s a punch in even my gut!

I took the ativan last night before bed and slept slighly better.

Oh, good!

I’m drinking some coffee then getting right to work. I have MUCH school work to do over the next two weeks.
