Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Fair point. I'd join you in that blissful slumber, honestly.

I mean, I love learning but it's less fun when you are researching the demon who wants your guts on a stick. I'd need more (some) self defense training to win against a demon.

Just call me "Siouxsie Shunshine".

I don't know, I love researching and learning. It probably wouldn't matter if it was for general purposes or for the demon who wanted my guts on a stick.

Marathon catch-up session. I had many things to say, but three days later, the conversation has moved along. In brief(ish), brackets to those who could use them. Belated Happy Birthday to Aimee. Glad ND's mom is home. Am a mix of Hil and SusanW WRT to organization.

Am middle of the line introvert/extrovert. Depends on the day and the crowd. Was pretty damn shy at DCF2F - SA was a doll and shepherded me through it. Was convinced one person there detested me, and I couldn't for the life of me figure out why, because I'm fairly certain we'd never interacted before; then decided to let it go.

The Jars & DH visit pictures were great! Also, Dylan and Matilda were SO adorable together... so much cute.

I have to clean up before I go to sleep. Don't wanna.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Was convinced one person there detested me,

Wasn't me! I thought you were awesome and wanted to spend more time with you.

Heh, thanks! Same here about you and JZ. I still regret not having been able to make it to the SFF2F for many reasons, and that's one of them.

I should clarify what I was getting at - it sounds kind of whiny the way I put it. But what I really mean is that I jumped to "X hates me!" right away, which was kind of silly and yet is not the first time I've ever gone there in a social situation when I'm anxious. Hence, I let it go. Many more plausible explanations, really. Or so I choose to believe!

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

I do not know how the gymnasts concentrate on their event with music blaring for the floor exercise event. Also, I thought the "women's" gymnasts were small due to young age. But then they showed the German 30 y.o. gal. She's short too! Do they deprive them nutrients to keep them that small? Like Bonsai Tree kind of thing? Crazy I say. Oh ya, and if you walk away, and come back to swimming, it is rather difficult to tell if it's women's or men's with the new suits. Very androgynous when goggles and swim cap are on. Course, you look a lil more, and, for the most part, the men have much bigger shoulders. But it doesn't look like either men or women are liking the suits feel. They all are adjusting constantly, and wanted to be unzipped rather soon after the race. Just observations that could be completely wrong.

We now return you to the drafting I should have done sooner in the weekend.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

I am approving of sexy American girlGiles Erin, I have to say.

Here, here!!

I've actually been doing teacher stuff most of this week and today. I got a PPT done for my 8th grade class and today I've been adapting Roald Dahl poems and children's books to be used for radio dramas.

But, I don't actually report until next Thursday. Kids go back 2 weeks from tomorrow.

I feel all productive.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

4'10" here, and never deprived of nutrients. Just short.
