Out. For. A. Walk. ... Bitch.

Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

In many countries such as France, Spain, Germany, Turkey, Argentina and Russia, there is an obligation to get married in a civil ceremony. Later, couples can get married in a religious ceremony. Its significance, however, is only religious recognition of the marriage, because the recognition of the state is given regardless.

sj, this is a random question, (I'm not in any way implying that you and TCG would break up) but what happens if someone on SSDI gets married, loses bennies, and then gets divorced? Are they just screwed, or can they then get bennies again?

Hey everybody....I'm not feeling very chatty lately, dunno why. I'm reading, and stuff is happening, but just don't have much to say...

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Hi gang. Seems I've been unexpectedly dark this past week. I tried to catch up this weekend, but too many posts. I confess, I skimmed about 200 and skipped the last 300 or so. Hope everyone is doing ok! {{{ }}} as needed.

The reason being, last weekend I managed to catch the bug going around, as mentioned I think, and then last week I was putting out fires left and right. No time to cruise while at work, and by the time I came home, too tired to read anything.

But it feels like the ick is mostly out of me. Still have some. Saturday my body rebelled and said "you shall stay here and cough up that lung"... the coughing part sucked, but the doing nothing really helped get it mostly out of me.

Tonight was the big concert for us. Can you believe, my first time mixing a rock show? Ya! Anyhow, a small post is in my LJ, so I won't repeat again. It did go well :)

Just wanted to let ya know I'm alive and still kicking.

Always Anti-fascist!

I imagine you could get back on, but I bet you'd have to apply again.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Going to the clinic the weight myself.

Wish me luck, and at least 110lb.

Edit: 120lb, baby! No fattning diet for me!

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

11:35 a.m.: A caller reported a man riding in circles on a bicycle on Western Avenue, yelling at passersby and stopping traffic. The man was reported as approximately 50 years old with a patch over one eye. On Sept. 6, a disturbance was reported nearby at Perkins Restaurant, when an older man with an eye patch riding a red bicycle was said to have been yelling profanities. In both cases, officers were unable to locate anyone fitting the description.

PIRATES! On bikes! Awesome!

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

So, that must be McCain's secret privatization plan. Marry us all to beer heirs.

Here's the Onion headline today:

McCain’s Economic Plan For Nation: "Everyone Marry A Beer Heiress"

You think that the Onion is reading b.org, and cribbing ideas from us?

You think that the Onion is reading b.org, and cribbing ideas from us?

Well, that's my plan if I ever get dragged onto the talk/news show circuit. (I'll try to find a way to credit the b.org COMM thread.)

Mostly lurking...

Are they just screwed, or can they then get bennies again?

Not sj, but I think she would then be eligible for SSI (rather than SSDI), as long as she's not getting alimony.

Also, {{{sj}}}. What a screwed up system!
