Fred: It's the pictures in my mind that are getting me. It's like being stuck in a really bad movie with those Clockwork Orange clampy things on my eyeballs. Wesley: Why imagine? Reality's disturbing enough.

Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Yes- dirty, gross old half melted snow with dog pee in it is rarer than outer space with no noise.

Because books.

I seem to remember St. Elsewhere being sort of good about at least some outside shots of slushy, dirty plowed snow, though. Unless I'm hallucinating again.

Always Anti-fascist!

Yeah, it's never really inconvenient or making them get, like, muffled.(i.e. overcoats and shit) Which even I in the desert know is completely wrong. the thing that killed me last year was the black Mormon. I never thought that was very likely. Thought maybe Jehovah's Witness would be just as good for the zingers and so forth.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I think ER is pretty good about it too, IIRC, if mostly confined to brief scenes on the El platform.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

ER also does it in their ambulance bay.

I never thought that was very likely.

Only Mormon that ever proselytised to me was a very good looking black guy. Didn't work, but I didn't hate the attempt.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Yeah, ER sometimes has the fluffy falling snow, but they also get the gross slush, and people wearing cold-weather clothing even when it's not snowing.

(I'm watching the House marathon from USA this afternoon, Tivoed. If I'm figuring this right, the ep I just watched was supposed to be in November. House and Chase went outside, wearing regular long-sleeved clothes, and it was bright and sunny and they didn't seem cold. The ep I just started watching, they referred to the previous one as "last week," and there's now snow outside.)

(I get way too nitpicky when I watch marathons like this. Also, Hugh Laurie keeps mispronouncing "Plainsboro.")

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Wowzie, when did Dylan become a toddler? A BIG, friggin' cute toddler, btw.

Speaking of TV temps I always liked how appropriately sweaty the Dexter folks were.
