Thrive to spite them

I keep driving by my old place and seeing that it's for rent and I finally saw the listing for it -- they want 800/mth!

They are also claiming new carpet (which I believe) and new paint (which looks exactly like what we did 2 years ago). $800 a month for a place with on counter space, out dated plugs. Seriously.
