Maybe cut it a little too short, and then add lace at the bottom as the hem?

I should have noted that I need to wear it tomorrow, and I don't have lace, although I could run out to Target and get something trim-like.

It's just that weird poly/nylon/manmade fabric that undergarments, particularly inexpensive slips, are made out of.

He's a hybrid cross-dresser; he dresses (and boy howdy, he's got the legs for teeny skirts and high heels), but he doesn't wear makeup or anything.
