Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

'Underneath'

Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Always Anti-fascist!

My mom told a student last year: "Do that again and I'll kill you." She was worried she'd get into a lot of trouble, but it made the kid decide she was great. But I had to laugh when she got her review and got a perfect score on "Sets Clear Boundaries"

Our wings are not tired.

Hi all. I hope the insomnia fairy packed her bags and moved on allowing real restful sleep.

SIL is visiting friends in the Dominican Republic this week. She gets back Thursday. That is not a good place to be at the moment. Wish her some safe~ma and send a bit more for all the people in Gustav's path.

Hi all. I hope the insomnia fairy packed her bags and moved on allowing real restful sleep.

She left for about four hours. Poor TCG feels bad that I keep sleeping on the couch, but I don't want to keep him up all night tossing and turning.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Safety~ma for Laura's SiL.

Big Cat Rescue [link] in Florida shows how they get ready for a hurricane. There are also a number of educational and/or cute videos available to watch on YouTube. I wholeheartedly recommend "Hope the Bobcat, episode 9" for total cuteness.

X-posty.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

In completely random news, I must tell someone about the dream I had or it won't go away. Also, you're the only people who might possibly understand: it was "That 70's Show" slash. Hyde and Eric, despite being totally in love, had broken up and were out dancing with all their friends. And they kept getting blowjobs from other people while thinking about each other. And eventually they ended up in an alleyway at the same time (with Donna and Kelso or somebody doing the honors), watching each other. Oh, also they were wearing identical skirts (not, I must say, attractive skirts).

What a stupid damn dream. It's not just bad fanfiction, it's the kind of sappy dumb fanfiction I hate. They might as well have been dying of cancer and refusing to speak to each other while casting longing looks and getting pregnant by 15-foot penises on sentient cat-people. Shape up, brain!

Thank you. I needed to clear that out.

So much safety~ma to your SIL, Laura.

Fashion question...for my internship interview today, can I get away with wearing nice sandals, or do I need to wear real shoes?

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

You and me both. HA!

I think sandals would be OK, as long as they aren't flip flops or anything.
