That's the thrill of living in the Hellmouth! There's a veritable cornucopia of fiends and devils and ghouls to engage ... Pardon me for finding the glass half-full.

Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Why are carbonated water makers so much more expensive than cream whippers? It makes me want to give up on my dream of making my own fizzy water and suck down some whip-its instead.

“Not dead yet!”

Question--

What do we think of this for me?

I just got this dress (and being me, for a LOT less than even the "sale" price listed on the site. A LOT.)

Anyhoo, the deep discount meant that I got it a few sizes too big, as it was the only one they had, but it was so pretty and I was suckered in and I reasoned that a lot of high end designers size small anyhow. Not surprisingly, the hips fit, but the waist is a wee large and there are probably two/three inches that could be taken in on the bodice.

I should have it tailored, right? Even if it is white and I rarely wear that color. I mean, it was SUCH a bargain.

And smonster, I saw that! Yay!

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Why are carbonated water makers so much more expensive than cream whippers?

I didn't compare prices before I bought my fizzy water maker, but one CO2 canister makes 110 liters of fizzy water, which is pretty good. I think that I worked out the costs, given how many 2-liter bottles of seltzer I was buying at the grocery store, and my fizzy water maker will have paid for itself within a year. Plus I'm avoiding adding >200 2-liter plastic bottles to the landfill per year, and I like the self-righteous warm feeling that gives me.

I should have it tailored, right? Even if it is white and I rarely wear that color. I mean, it was SUCH a bargain.

Barb, I imagine that white will look KILLER on you. So definitely have it tailored.

that dress is stunning! Alterations were a lot cheaper than I expected last time I had them done. Do it.

Young Jonathon always looks to me as I imagine Ron Weasley should look.

Trust my rage

I am weirdly obsessed with Michael Phelps' body. I don't exactly think he's HAWT but he's almost perfect.

“Not dead yet!”

Justin Spring looks like an elf. A very mischievous, up for anything sort of elf.

And Jonathan is adorable. As is Raj.

Agreed. Raj is nummy.

edit: And his family is apparently fielding loads of marriage offers.
