Aw, kitty.
I love Buffistas, that we look after our own.
I love this too. (I quake in fear that one day my tendency to go hide in my cave will trigger a Buffista check.) It's one of the things I love most about us, that we care and will find our missing peoples.

One of the many things I love about the Buffistas.
Oh -- last night I forgot to mention that I named my family's first cat Clovis (re Cat named Pippin) -- not after the king, but the wry and elegant Saki character.
It's a good name choice. Clovis the Devilbunny is named for the Saki character.
You really want to give a cat a reason to look at you and think "KNEEL BEFORE ZOD!"?
Random FYI: I bought this dress at Target last week, and my Big Boss complimented me on it when I wore it. She often looks people up and down, but I think this is the first time she's actually said anything about how I looked. Twenty-five bucks!
Thanks for all the birthday wishes. There will be cake, and pie!
I just attempted to make homemade salsa. It kind of just looks gooey.
Man, I knew coming home was a bad idea. I got back here at like 2, and I don't know if I'll get back into outside pants today.
I did have a productive morning, though -- got keys made and a hair trap thing for my shower, spoke at a grad school info session, got a necklace I've been wanting, avoided buying shoes, went to Trader Joe's and the farmer's market. So that's something...

Me too. But then again, there's a good chance I'm lying face down in a ditch in my apartment somewhere.
Count me in as waiting impatiently for tommyrot news.
I am so sapped today. Quite sad. I have outside pants on, but it's not helping me get outside. But by this point I might as well mail the important letter any time before Monday at noon.
