I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

You should name him some variation of William. Or Jack.

Heh. I tried out Sam/Samuel on him, just before I read that. Don't think it works (I have peoplename issues for cats.) We'll see. I think I already mentioned it took almost a month with Devi. And I'm happy to solicit ideas! [link]

Already hug him and squeeze him until he squeaks!

I need to google mountains, see if that helps.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Ozzie named himself within a day or so, but it took several weeks and a few different names before Perkins got named.

I am lisah in non-overnight shipping from Zappos. Boo.

Clearly they are persecuting me and me alone. Bastards.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Skipping to the end of Natter to ask Allyson if she saw TDS last night. Ricky Gervais spent his entire interview talking about bats. It made me think of you and Sam. ("To the left!")

Sara! The kitty is adorable. Rainier? Or maybe Kuna which is close to kuma, hence my partiality, but it flows with Devi's name.

Or maybe Jacinto! and you can call him Yaz.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Thinking on a long lean mountain brings to mind Trango Tower. Dunno if some variation of that would work as a name, though. "Trango, stop clawing the couch, dammit!"

In some of those pictures, he looks like Dobby.

Or how about something more Baltimorean? Something Poe-related?

Now tagless for your comfort.

Saw my dad today. His neighbor and Harley riding buddy just found our he's going to be a father. Dad's buddy is 78 years old. His wife is in her late 40's.

Needless to say EVERYONE is in shock. Or Dad will be when he stops laughing. I wonder how John's 44 year old daughter feels about having a new baby brother or sister.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Based on this kittie's elegance you might call him: Ellington, Billy (for Strayhorn or Eckstine, plus value added William points), Prez (for Lester Young), Miles, Blue (for Rhapsody in..) or Fitz (for F. Scott).
