I'm watching progress bars on my computer. Maybe I can pretend they are racing. Go installer! Go compiler! Go copy process!

Power~ma to everyone!!

My cat's superpower is meowing. And positioning her body next to mine for maximum petting access. But mostly meowing. (She cracks me up when she jumps on top of me while I'm watching tv and starts meowing full blast for no particular reason until she's curled up to her satisfaction and ready for some petting.)

Of course. Everyone's home should get power back immediately, but no one's office should until they've had a chance to enjoy not being at work.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

This version of the Volt article is paginated and has a different photo of the car on each page. It does look cool, but 40 miles on one charge and then 300 miles on electricity generated from gas...well, it's quasi all-electric, but leaves me confused. Is there an edge given by those 40 miles?

The idea is that most people drive less that 40 miles a day, so if that is the case, you won't need gasoline until you take a longer trip.

I'd like one because I could commute without using gas.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

The idea is that most people drive less that 40 miles a day, so if that is the case, you won't need gasoline until you take a longer trip.

That is VERY cool.
