I caught her on a park bench, making out with a *chaos* demon! Have you ever seen a chaos demon? They're all slime and antlers.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Happy Birthday, Nora, Congratulations Burrell and Gadget Girl!

I managed to stab myself with a letter opener at work today. I got a bandaid on it before it started to bleed, but still wound up having to lay down on the floor until the fainting and nausea passed.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Oh- I forgot Happy Birthday Nora, although I may have wished it in Bitches!

How did you stab yourself with a letter opener? And that sounds awful!

I just found my ATM card that I have been missing for 3 weeks. Which would be great, but I finally called it in lost today, and now I have to wait 7-10 days for a new one.

brillig

There's a tech writing job opening up at work, and I'm applying for it. I'm looking at my resume now. This is going to be submitted online. Since so many resumes are submitted online, often to sites for specific jobs, do I still need the human-resources-doublespeak summary that says I'm a dedicated problem solver with experience in technical environments?

Not deliberately, but, I'm one of those people who isn't safer with sharp objects. I was trying to pry open the 500th stubbornly sticky envelope and it suddenly gave way and the pointy end wound up in my hand, actually for the second time. The first time it just caused a painful dent in my thumb.

Self-stabbination is not good!

I just totally paid blood money didn't I? I "bought" a cat from someone who didn't own it. Oy.

Yeah, I was going to mention that, sara. You spent 200 on the shots and then paid 30 for the whole cat, that was in your custody at the time. Good deal!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It's okay, sara. You're a soft touch, and it's lovable.

I am a big stinky ball of garlic. Actually did something social this afternoon. Felt weird. But the garlic fries were good.

that was in your custody at the time.

and it wasn't even the person who got $30's cat in the FIRST place.

Wasn't hers to give away. It was a total power play with Miss Louise. And mine to defuse. Jesus. I'm gonna slip Miss Louise some money, possibly as a going-away gift when she leaves.
