It's all about choices, Faith. The ones we make, and the ones we don't. Oh, and the consequences. Those are always fun.

Punishingly Intricate

Have a GREAT trip, GC!!! Pay no attention to the waves of jealousy floating down from the mid-Atlantic.

Fix my plumbing so my new washer will work. Clean my house. Run errands. Maybe go see Treason. Go for a nice long run in the hills.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Thanks lisah! So excited!

Mac is totally avoiding interaction tonight after therapy. He put his ipod on as soon we left the building and still has them on as we are waiting for dinner. It's like eating alone. Ok he took them off when the food came.

Just call me "Siouxsie Shunshine".

Sophia, I'm awash with indignancy at the way your school is treating you!

(They did forget about getting into the Ministry of Magic, though.)

But Muggles aren't supposed to know about such things.

What are people doing this weekend?

Tonight: trying to recover from the insanity of the week. (I've already had chocolate and alcohol)

Tomorrow: not sure. Hub and I might go to Ocala for dinner-an-a-movie plus I need to exchange something at the mall and 2 stores had some cute shoes I'd like to try on.

Sunday: should go to Church, lesson plans, journal reading.

Wedged in here and there will be misc grading. Mid-quarter reports go out on Thursday and grades have to be entered by Wednesday at noon. Since I don't have a planning period this semester the grades need to be done by Tuesday evening.

I'm going to sleep most of this weekend. I probably should check to see if any baby bands are having shows, but I'm fighting off some form of ick. I want to rest up so I don't have to call in sick during my first month on the job.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I'm going to K-ville to pick up Dad tomorrow, and then Sunday we're driving up to Chincoteague.

I can see wanting to isolate after therapy. I can't articulate why, but I get it.

But then, I gotta isolate after people, so...

I'm hopefully getting my ass down to Hampden.

Also need to clean and seriously scrub litterboxes.

Went to tell Miss Louise about the rescheduling and got totally loved on by the kitten. He was all floppy and lazy (I can hold him in one hand, all folded up. Got loooong legs.) He's a really sweet thing. Of course, I'm always seeing him during his napping hours, so. But he hopped off the bed, and just flumped on my foot, gazing up adoringly. There better be nothing wrong with him, cause he's totally charmed me.
