FUCKING VERIZON FUCKING SUCKS
In June -- JUNE -- we switched the bill from my former roommates name to mine. We paid ten bucks for the privilige. It is a combined bill, both phone and internet.
I call them today to change our internet and they tell me it is a) still in her name and b) she has to change it. Only the residential phone was changed, see, not the internet. THE FUCK?!?!?!? And they won't change it at all, actually, I need to cancel the verizon online and start a new one in my name. FOR FUCKS SAKE WHY???

I've come to the conclusion that I will all ways fall off and jump on the exercise wagon. I just started bootcamp on monday and wednesday nights. Not something I love, but it is for a month -so we shall see.

You know what? The cheaper internet is only saves 10 bucks a month. It's split three ways. I'll just enjoy the faster speed and live it up.

Crap, sara-- that sucks. On so many levels.
I'll second the Verizon sucks sentiment. I called them today to have our work account for a wireless card switched from my co-worker to me. Easy, right? Nope, have to upgrade the card and switch to a different billing structure, which causes us to have a 2 year contract (we had completed our contract on my co-worker's account). Took half a damned hour. Argh.
This should be sent to anyone who's being overly dramatic about anything.
